At Sweatzy, your satisfaction is important to us—and because we work with limited-edition pieces and high-quality production, we handle returns and exchanges with care.

Refunds

We do offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You must request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges (Under Specific Conditions)

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases (within 3 days of receiving your order):

  • If the size does not fit properly (too small or too big).

  • If the item arrived with a clear manufacturing defect or wrong order details (e.g., wrong size or color).

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us via email or our contact page with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Shipping

  • For size issues or customer preference: The customer covers the return/exchange shipping cost.

  • For defects or order mistakes, we cover all shipping fees.
