Refunds
We do offer refunds under the following conditions:

You must request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags intact.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges (Under Specific Conditions)
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases (within 3 days of receiving your order):

If the size does not fit properly (too small or too big).

If the item arrived with a clear manufacturing defect or wrong order details (e.g., wrong size or color).

Shipping

For size issues or customer preference: The customer covers the return/exchange shipping cost.
